It's hard to come back to reality after such wonderful adventures. I've been home a week and have not made many efforts to have a social life again. I just... ble. haha! Here are the hi lights of my first week being home...
1. my room. Mmmm. :) I did miss my room.
2. It was my hometown's birthday yesterday. They have many awesome activities and celebrations including a "Toddler Trot". It's a race for kids 5 and under. My niece and nephew participated. They were awesome. :)
3. I've played dominoes twice in one week... that's unheard of... It's hard enough for me to play once.
4. A little boy was selling drinks at the parade yesterday...er, he was selling them an hour before it started... when no one was there yet. He was dragging his feet with exhaustion within the first few minutes.
Another hi light? My sisters cat... He's always all up in my face! Or climbing around the computer desk so I can't work properly. Tsk Tsk (yes I'm aware our computer is a dinosaur. Dont judge).
Then I watched the fireworks from my house. I loved having my music playing in the background, being snuggly with my sister's dog Zeus and other sister's cat- Rue.... Why don't I have a pet?! Sad realization... ANYWAYS, here's one of the songs I was listening too...
Another hi light which I don't have pictures of would be our BBQ we had with some of our best family friends the other night. I love all of them so much and it was so much fun to catch up!
Other than that, life has been...

Oh... I was dreaming I was back in Alaska...
Jk. I am really happy and blessed to be home. I just miss that lifestyle! Who wouldn't?!
