Review of Makeupstore's ''Sheer Lipsticks''
These two lipsticks from Makeupstore have I been using now for about a year (or I bought the first one a year ago and the second one approximately a half year ago, sooo interesting, right? lol.) They are quite affordable (£12,5/each), which is a lot more cheap than Chanel, YSL, Dior, Lancôme etcetera etcetera. But are the differences between these two kind of price-groupes that big? I'd say, definitely! At the current moment I have one lipstick from Chanel (reed the review HERE), and the formula is just sooooo much better, honestly I can hardly compare them with each other. Continue reading and I'll tell you why..
You can buy Makeupstore's lipsticks in either Sheer, Matte, Transparent and Shimmery. These two that I've are Sheer. The colours that I've bought are called ''Prairie'' and ''Exit'' and you can see the swatches on the picture above. The orange/reddish colour is called ''Prairie'' and it looks just gorgeous during the summer when you got a tan. I personally look better in warm lipstick-colours, so I prefer ''Prairie''. The other shade called ''Exit'' is probably most appropriate during the autumn/winter/spring's, just because it's a very cold colour if you know what I mean.
Which shade of these two do you prefer? As you see, the lipsticks are more ''dry-looking'' than the Chanel lipstick that I've and I really do not like that it looks like the Sheer lipsticks from Makeupstore are ''bleeding'' if you know what I mean. They are highly pigmented though, and you only need to dab a tiny amount of the lipstick on your lips to have this look that I've created. It's totally enough, right?
It's definitely not anything wrong with the lasting-power of these lipsticks though. They last for approximately 3 hours on me, which I find absolutely OK, but it sucks if you compare it with my Chanel-lipstick which lasts for at least 6 hours (!!!!) on me. How amazing isn't that?? Anyway, after three hours with these Makeupstore lipsticks on, they tend to look and feel very dry on your lips. I don't like that either. BUT; it's definitely an OK product and I don't regret buying it.

YSL Fall 2011 Collection
WOW!! These pictures from YSL Fall 2011 are just breathtaking. Don't you think? It's absolutely gorgeous. The main colours in this collection are purple, blue and green as you can see. For me it couldn't be more appropriate for fall. I love it!!
(Image 3):The eyeshadow quad is called ''Jardin de Minuit'' and contains 5 different shades (1 dark-green, 1 mint-green and 3 purple shades). My favourite shades from this quad is the mint-green and the 2 lilac shades to the right.
(Image 4):The nailpolishes are also absolutely gorgeous! I love that they contain a little glitter, that make them look more luxurious I think. My personal favourite of those two is the dark-blue one. I think that colour is the ''most appropriate'' one for fall of them two.
(Image 5):There are also 6 new lipsticks in this collection, they're called ''Rouge Volupté Perlé''. I'd say that the shades are definitely appropriate for the fall, but I'd say that the shades are a little different (two of the shades are purple). But the other shades are absolutely gorgeous I think. I really like that they've made a nude lipstick, so that you can wear it with the ''Jardin de Minuit''-quad. The red and the light-red lipstick are just absolutely GORGEOUS! Love them!!
(Image 6):As you can see, there are also 5 new blushes, called ''Blush Radiance''. I'm really interested of the first 3 ones, just because that I think that they would fit perfect with a look that's fall-inspired, if you know what I mean. I really want them!

Review of Chanel Hydrating Créme Lip Colour!
So this is the review of my new Chanel Hydrating Créme Lip Colour. I've wanted to try this for a veeery long time now, so I decided to buy it last week when I had the chanse :). I've wanted to try a lipstick that gives your lips hydration and not a dry appearance. I chose between the Dior Addict Lipstick, YSL Rouge Volupté and this one from Chanel of course. I didn't really find a colour that I liked from the other two brands but I found a colour from Chanel that I luckily LOVED!
I didn't really find a colour that I liked from the other two brands but I found a colour from Chanel that I luckily LOVED!Anyway, the packaging is absolutely gorgeous! I love the tiny box that comes in the lipstick when you buy it, it looks so luxurious. And so does the packaging of the lipstick. I absolutely LOVE the black glassy design with the classic Chanel-logo on top of it, looks amazing, doesn't it??
When I first saw the campaign with Vanessa Paradis I really wanted to have the colour ''5 Madamoiselle'', which is ''The Colour'', but when I came to the store I fell in love with this colour instead, called ''13 Gardénia''. I'd describe it as a dark pink (almost red) colour that looks quite shimmery when you see it in the packaging, but after applying it on your lips it looks a little bit less pink (quite natural-looking), shiny and glamorous!
The lipstick also comes in a very smart and luxurious packaging. I might be silly but I really love the enchased Chanel on the lipstick, looks really cool and another sign that this lipstick definitely is expensive. For me who's a genuin makeup-lover is the appearance of makeup definitely important :). I love the discreet sound the lid makes when you put it onto the again, even that sounds luxurious, lol!
(Left: The swatch. Right: The lipstick on my lips.)
On my lips, the lipstick feels soooo smooth. I can hardly feel that I'm wearing any lipstick at all, honestly. This is the colour that I've been looking for for a really long time. It's bright pink, not too pink and not too light. LOVE IT! It will look more lovely during the autumn-winter-springs's though. I personally prefer these colours for the more ''dark'' seasons. Anyway what do you think about ''13 Gardénia''? I LOVE IT!! Usually when I wear lipsticks, I use some kind of an hydrating lipstick underneath the lipstick, just because the lipstick tends to look and feel dry on my lips. With this Hydrating Créme Lip Colour from Chanel, I definitely do NOT need any hydration underneath the lipstick. It already feels super-smooth with this lipstick (which it should be, just because the word ''hydrating'' is a part of the name), which I love!
So far it's great. The packaging is amazing, it looks amazing on my lips and it feels amazing on my lips also. But how does it last? If it doesn't last for a very long time, then all of the other good things doesn't really matter anymore. I've wore it every single day since I bought it (mostly because I love the colour, but also because I've wanted to try how long it lasts on my lips), and I can tell you that it lasts for a very long time. Six hours later it basically looks exactly the same as when I first applied it. WOW! Even after eating or drinking it hasn't begun to fade.. This lipstick is DEFINITELY highly pigmented(!!!!). However, I can feel a small sence of fragrance. It smells fresh and lovely, I'd guess that the smell is some kind of berries (perhaps strawberries??).

New: Chanel Lipstick in ''13 Gardénia''
Look what I bought from Chanel a few days ago! It's their ''Chanel Rouge Coco Hydrating Crème Lip Colour'' in the shade called ''13 Gardénia''. I'll give you swatches and a review of this lipstick later on. I can tell you already that I've tried it a few times and it looks lovely on my lips. It's a quite dark pink shade with some shimmer in it. You'll see!

A lipgloss that stays on and looks good... For sure!
Remember THIS post that I wrote a few months ago, about that lipgloss from Lóréal Paris that looked very good on, but didn't stay on as good? I think the lipgloss from L´oréal Paris works fine, and considering the good price, I'm more than pleased with it! I think it's a great lipgloss for those who doesn't want to pay that much for a little make-up product! :) Well well, I got a question on that post that I haven't answered (I'm sooo sorry!). The question was:''I like the effect, but it's a bummer it doesn't last very long. Let us know if you find anything that looks like that, but stays on?''
And I actually have found something familiar to the ''L´oréal Paris Glam Shine'' in the colour ''400''. The lipgloss that I found for approximately ½ a year ago is called ''Dior Addict Ultra-gloss'' and the colour that I really like is called ''247 Pink Flirt'', and that colour is pretty much the same as number ''400'' from L´oréal. I've tried this lipstick in the stores many times (hehe) and then I've been walking around with it for hours, and it looks exactly the same after those many hours. I really want this lipgloss, it's the best I've tried so far. So if you want a lipgloss that stays on very long and that looks good on, for sure, I recommend this one from Dior. Hope I've answered your question now!

Lancôme 29 St Honoré (Fall collection 2011)
So, this is the amazing collection ''29 St Honoré'' for Lancôme Fall 2011. I haven't found that much ''information'' about this collection, but I know it's made in honour of the store in Paris with the same name. I love this look, with the red lips, cat eyes and the bold eyeliner, it looks so classy. This collection was created by Aaron de May and ever since he began designing make-up for Lancôme, I've absolutely LOVED him! My favourite item in this collection is definitely the blush, the colours are amazing and the design is breath-taking!

The new summer collection ''Softbox'' from Smashbox
Have you seen the new summer collection from Smashbox called ''Softbox''? The definition of that name is basically natural-looking makeup, just the way that I want it during the summers!:) As I see it, there are six new lipglosses in sex different colours, and they're all looking like something that you can wear everyday, which is great. And then there's a palette that contains 12 different colours, and there are a lot of brown shades in it, which will also look great this summer (and autumn?). You'll probably be able to do a really cool brown smokey eye-look with this palette! According to me, there's nothing ''special'' about this collection if you know what I mean, but I suppose it's a collection that you can basically be using everyday. GREAT!

The new Dior Addict Lipstick!
This is amazing, don't you think? It's the new Dior Addict Lipstick. This collection contains 44 amazing colours!! Isn't just that amazing guys? According to Dior this lipstick is supposed to be a mix of lipstick and lipgloss. It's hydrating, so you won't have that dry feeling on your lips as you can have with the ordinary lipsticks. I reeeeally wanna try this, I'm going to the city tomorrow so I'll probably take a look at this lipstick thenI know one thing that I'll buy there tomorrow anyway, you'll see pictures of it some other day probably. BYE!

New lipstick in ''Prairie'' from Makeupstore!
So this is what I bought for a while ago from Makeupstore (remember the last post that I wrote?). I'm very familiar with the products from Makeupstore, I can basically promise that anything from their supply is awesome. I've atleast 10 things from that store and non of them have made me disappointed. This is a sheer lipstick and the colour is called ''Prairie''. It's kind of a peachy colour and I really love it. It's not how it looks like in the pictures though. It's more orange IRL actually and the second picture is actually the most unfair of the two of them. However, I love this lipstick and it will look AMAZING in the summer! Just let me know if you would like to see how it looks on.

1: Smashbox ''Bronze lights''. I'd like to use this bronzer in the summer.
2: Clinique ''Anti-Blemish Solutions Starter Kit''. I really really want to get rid of my pimples, and I've heard that this products is great. This is a starter kit that you're going to use for 4 months. Great idea, and fun to try something new!
3: Eyebrow brush from Face Stockholm called ''Spooly #20''. I'm going to use this after I've fixed my eyebrows.
4: YSL's new lipstick in a cool pink colour wouldn't I say no to. It's not anything necessary for my right now though.
5: A primer from Smashbox called ''Photo Finish Foundation Primer''.
6: A cool lilac eyeshadow, like this one(!). ''Colour Surge Eye Shadow Soft Shimmer 2.5 g'' is the name of the product!
7: A foundation brush from MAC, ''130 Short Duo Fibre Face Brush'' has great reviews!

Review of Face Stockholm lipgloss ''Rödklöver''
Hello! Do you remember when I asked you if you wanted a review of my two new products from Face Stockholm? Well, you did so here's one of them- at the new lipgloss! The colour is called ''Rödklöver'' and it looked very pinkish (which it isn't in real life!). It costs approximately $20 if I don't remember it wrong. The bottle contains a volume of 13ml and it's actually a very smart bottle that it comes in. The tube (or the lid) is very easily to put on which is good if you don't want all of the liquid to be in your make-up bag.
However, the colour sticks on your lips for hours (!!) and it gives your lips a very natural and smooth texture. It doesn't contain any glitter. I love wearing this lipgloss on my lips because it feels like my lips are ''naked'' even though that I'm wearing a lipgloss. It's not sticky and it doesn't feel any uncomfortable at all on your lips, which is great. I totally recommend you all to buy this product, you won't regret it at all!

New from Face Stockholm
Hello! Just wanted to show you two things that I got from Face Stockholm a few days ago. I got them from a magazine actually and I found both of the products great actually! I already knew that Face Stockholm had great stuffs before I tried these two products but now I'm totally hooked. The colour of the lipgloss is called ''Rödklöver'' and it's actually not as pink as it looks. If you're not wearing any lipstick or anything with colour underneath it, it looks fantastic! And the mascara is great also, you're getting very natural eyelashes but still they're getting that boost as they need. I'm in love haha. Tell me if anyone of you want a review of the product/s(!).

Review of L´oréal Paris Glam Shine ''400''
A few days ago I bought a lipgloss called ''L´oréal Paris Glam Shine'' and the colour is number ''400''. It was on sale (just a little bit, 30%) and I had been looking for a lipgloss for a really long time so I thought why not? My first impression was that the design of the bottle is very slender and the product looks quite expensive actually. The heart-shaped applicator is very smooth on your lips and it makes it easy to apply the lipgloss.
If someone would ask me if I knew a good lipgloss I'd perhaps suggest this one, but I'm not 100% pleased with the result. Okay it doesn't look bad or anything, but I don't think that it lasts for a very long time. The result that I was looking for though, was a natural one so I can't be fully unpleased with the product. After drinking a glass of anything, the lipgloss has almost faded. But lets say this- if you're looking for a lipgloss that gives a natural impression and that is quite cheap, I suggest you to buy this!
